Steve is the lead design professional at KNA, with a diversified background of over 30 years of experience in civil/site design, land use planning,
transportation systems and associated local, state, and federal project permitting. Steve's background includes experience as a member of the Merrimack New Hampshire Planning Board and as the Town Engineer for several communities in the State of New Hampshire.
Over his career, He has routinely served as lead engineer for dozens of civil/site engineering projects directing the efforts of his staff throughout the planning, design and project permitting stages. Steve specializes in offering municipal services and has assisted various communities in the preparation of their master plans, capital improvements programs, and engineering design assignments for a wide variety of municipal projects.

Paul is intimately familiar with the requirements set forth by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services Wetlands Bureau and Alteration of Terrain Program, and also the restrictions and requirements of the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s Construction General Permit.

Matt specializes in site design and permitting, with previous experience as a development consultant, site evaluation as related to land use planning; site and subdivision design, storm drainage, analysis and design, roadway and intersection design, water/wastewater system and utility design, coordination of survey services, and overall project management. Bridget is a skilled Engineer with 15 years of experience, coming from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Class of 2011 with a bachelor’s in civil engineering technology. A licensed EIT, she specializes in drainage design, permitting and site layout, with extensive knowledge of innovative drainage tech to help aid in the design of stormwater management on small projects, maximizing lot usage, and projects extending throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts, designing and permitting projects at both the local and state level. Most notably, she designed a stormwater management system for Catania Oils to replace a stormwater pond that collected runoff from an area of approximately 32 acres, and most recently, an innovative drainage design at a New Ford Truck facility in the town of Manchester, utilizing a hydrodynamic separator pretreatment and a stormwater vaulted filter to project TSS and nutrient removal to meet city stormwater requirements on a project that could not utilize infiltration as a treatment option and above ground stormwater uses were not feasible. Bridget’s dynamic strategies and larger picture thinking have helped prevent dead-ends, push past obstacles, and bring tough projects over the finish line.

Our resident Does-It-All, Tristan is a highly skilled Survey Technician who has been with the KNA family since her internships in 2021 and 2022. After receiving a Bachelors in Environmental Science, concentrating in Biology from Wheaton College Class of 2022, Tristan joined the KNA team full-time. Tristan is self-taught in many survey technical skills including CADD Drafting, with expertise in Property research, SWPPP inspections and preparations, State and local environmental applications and soil infiltration tests. She is certified with the EPA's CGP Site Inspector Training, and trained for using the Amoozemeter through MCCD (Google it!). Tristan has learned everything on the job and is currently working towards her Septic Design License and becoming a Licensed Land Surveyor!
