Vice President, Principle Land Surveyor, LLS

Tony is the lead surveyor at KNA and

manages administrative and financial aspects of the company. He has a background in construction, land surveying, and civil engineering, including large site construction and road/bridge and highway projects for a private sector contractor. Tony is routinely involved in planning, designing, and securing local and State permits for both private sector developers and municipal clients. In addition, he is regularly involved in a wide range of land surveying tasks, including boundary determination, interpretation of records research, and supervision of daily survey operations.

Senior Survey Manager, LLS

Chris Hickey oversees the daily operations of our survey crews and project schedules, ensuring precise coordination, client communication, and quality deliverables. With extensive experience in perimeter, subdivision, topographic, GPS, ALTA, and As-Built surveys, Chris is skilled in boundary interpretation, deed research, and construction layout for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Proficient in AutoCAD drafting, he produces certified plot plans, boundary and subdivision drawings, and detailed existing-condition plans. Combining strong technical expertise with effective project management, Chris ensures accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction across every phase of survey and design. Chris can best assist you with new survey project requests and is happy to hear from you.

Survey Technician

Tristan, our resident “Does-It-All,” is a highly skilled Survey Technician who began with KNA as an intern in 2021 and 2022 before joining full-time after earning her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science  from Wheaton College in 2022. Self-taught in many technical skills, she excels in CADD drafting, property research, SWPPP inspections and preparation, amoozemeter testing, environmental applications, and soil infiltration testing. Certified through the EPA’s CGP Site Inspector Training, Tristan continues to expand her expertise as she works toward her Septic Design License and Land Surveyor certification. 

Survey Technician / Project Engineer

Mike is a Project Engineer and Land Surveyor with over 10 years of field experience here at KNA. A graduate from the University of Vermont for Civil Engineering, Mike’s ranging skills are essential to our team and utilized daily on a vast range of projects. You will likely find him out in the field surveying your property, our in the office working on your next site plan!
